Purchases
All prices quoted on the website are in £ sterling postage and package will be added in the Paypal checkout
All products can be ordered directly from the website using the shopping basket and online secure payment service.
Returns
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases. However, should you wish to return any items, for refund or exchange, please notify us within 48 hours and return the goods, within 7 days, in perfect condition in their original packaging at your expense.
Personalised items cannot be returned, unless faulty.
Our return address shall be provided via email.
Postage and packaging costs are non refundable unless items are faulty.
Please obtain a proof of postage.
Crafty Chics is not responsible for returned items which fail to reach us.
Delivery

Items will be dispatch within 7 days of receiving payment.
For personalised items please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail 1st Class
Delivery Charges
Postage and packaging prices are for delivery within the UK mainland.
For anywhere outside the UK mainland we will be happy to give a quotation for delivery.
Portrayal of products
Every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur in pattern design, colour ways and ribbons etc.
All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
Availability
All items are subject to availability.
We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available. We will offer alternative options or refund payment in full.
